From The Architecture Review Board:
Park West “For Sale” Signage Guidelines
A property owner is allowed only one “For Sale” sign on his or her residential property for the selling of a private home. The sign must meet the PWM “For Sale” design guidelines with the approved material, dimensions, design, and colors. The sign must be placed within 2 feet on the interior side of the sidewalk. When no sidewalk exists, the sign shall be placed within five feet of the street. “For Sale” signs may remain on the property until the sale has closed with the words CONTRACT PENDING or the word SOLD, as appropriate, placed diagonally across the words “For Sale.”
Please note temporary directional “Open House” signs are allowed only on the day of the “Open House” but must be immediately removed when the “Open House”, that day, is over. Please notify the PWM office if you plan to have an “Open House” on a weekday so that an office team member can notify the maintenance team of the “Open House.” If the maintenance team is not notified of your event, they will remove your sign.
If you are selling your home, you or your realtor can order a professionally constructed “For Sale” sign from one of the following companies. Each company can construct “For Sale” signs compliant with PWM design guidelines. The companies are as follows:
a.) Sign Source
b.) Go Atlas
c.) Sign Design
