Tonight is a critical moment in our fight to stop the Laurel Hill Parkway.
Charleston County Council will meet at 5:00 PM this evening to discuss the possibility of removing the Parkway from the Highway 41 project design. While this item is still only up for discussion, a strong public turnout could make all the difference in encouraging Council to take real action at the Finance Committee meeting.

Where: Charleston County Council Chambers

While public comment will not be taken at this meeting, your presence speaks volumes. Councilmembers need to see that residents are watching and that the community continues to oppose paving over Laurel Hill Park.
